This policy explains what information Pazos Law Group collects through pazoslawgroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in a form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and any wedding date, matter type or message you add.
- How you found us. The form also records the page you arrived on, the website or campaign that referred you, and, if you clicked a Google ad, the click identifier Google adds to the link.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry by phone or email and arrange a consultation.
- To understand which pages and advertisements lead people to contact us, so we can improve them.
When a form is submitted, we tell Google Analytics and Google Ads that an enquiry happened, together with the page and campaign it came from. Your name, phone number, email address and message are not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
If you reach the site through a Google ad, Google may temporarily replace our displayed phone number with a Google forwarding number that connects to our office. This lets us attribute the call to the ad and count it as a conversion when it lasts at least 60 seconds. Google records call measurement details such as duration and the caller's area code.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Google Workspace carries our email, including the notification our team receives when you submit a form.
- Google provides Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement.
- Some pages include videos from YouTube or Vimeo, which may set their own cookies when a video loads.
We do not sell your personal information.
Confidentiality
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details until we have agreed to represent you.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
